Our bundle of FiOS Internet and Phone increased to $99.99 without our knowledge, while I was out of commission with a physical (dizziness/eyes) disorder during which I could not use my computer. I lost my job and we are in a financial pinch.
Could we please either receive a credit or pay less than this amount for the 50/50 plan?
