I remember when Verizon had there installation disk and everything was so simple and the DSL was the fastest they had and no one was complaining but now they really suck no matter what you get from them. And if you have a problem! You better be ready for a long day with who ever is going to help you and the majority come from Pakistan and they want to get your permission to enter inside your computer to fix the problem? And they even take a long time to fix it. I can't wait for my one year subscription to finish to dump there **bleep**,  But I bet they don't even bother to read what we write!!!

Around here, they certainly do read what people write and try to solve them. Could you describe to us as to what the issue you're having is, though? There is honestly no need to use the Verizon software and service can be enabled faster than going through the wizard provided on the CDs.
