I got this router from Verizon for about 3 years now, and it had been working flawlessly. Until for the past few days, it has been acting up. I cannot connect to wifi from any of my computers and smart phone. The only way for me to get internet is to directly connect my laptop to the router using an ethernet cable. I was just wondering is it time for me to get a new replacement?
Hello Whoareyou,
Have you tried hard resetting it back to factory defaults. If that doesn't work you would probably need to replace it.

Hello Pete
I just reset the router back to factory defaults, and it is still not working properly. I think I will contact verizon today for a replacement. Thank you for your help.
#1 Have a computer connected to the router by wire.
#2 Use that computer to log-in to the router.
#3 Try to go 192.168.1.1
#4 If you need a Username and Password, try the following:
admin/password
admin/password1
admin/admin
admin/admin1
admin/Serial Number.
By Serial Number, I don't mean type in the words Serial Number. I mean find and type in the serial number found on the bottom of this router.
#5 In the router go to Wireless Settings -> Wireless Status
#6 What is the setting for MAC Authentication?
#7 What is the setting for SSID Broadcast?
#8 Is Wireless Security Enabled?
#9 If so, without posting what the key is / or posting what the keys are, what is it set to?
For example WEP.
