Problem with the internet, because of crooked people!

I only use my internet for paying bills online, shopping at different stops online, look up information, send e-mail, wherever, I may have a problem, to complaint to different  stores, government contact, I visit facebook and so on!  I never use my internet for a wrong purpose.  it's a terrible thing to have someone slander you over something you are not doing!

I'm not understanding the issue. Who is slandering you? What are they saying? How does that relate to Verizon?
