Problems activating my DSL connection and Windows 7 64 bit

I accidently reset my Westell 327W modem to factory specs, so I am trying to re-activate everything in order to get on the internet.  When I get to the part of the activation process where it downloads software to my computer that needs to be run, it says that I can't run the software because of the system I have.

Any ideas?
