When the Fios Cable is installed in my backyard, The people who ran the cable through the backyard broken our sewer lines for the rain from the rooftop and dirt blocked whole pipeline.
since the pipe was broken, everytime when it rains, water gets into our basement and damaging our stuff.
2 sewer lines was damaged when they installed cable.
Verizon contractor has fixed 1 of them, but they keep denying the other damage was done by them. I have tried to contact them several times after it, but not able to reach again.
please fix this ASAP!!!
