This is just a suggestion and I will most likely never check this post again.
Provide a method to report internet outages. The troubleshooter is buggy and tells me there are no outages. The chat gives an error when asking about internet outages. The slow speed troubleshooter "tests" my connection saying I have 980 Mbps DL and 880 Mbps UL. Then does a speed check of my phone that at max will never go above 60 on a WiFi connection but since my internet and WiFi are down only recorded as 45 and then asks if that's acceptable.
My hot spot on my phone works for my devices. I have two routers and both can't connect. I can't ping the WAN address. There's nothing wrong with the ONT. Nothing is wrong with the equipment I have.
I don't want to call anyone and I don't want a technician to come out. I want to report it so it's been made aware and have it fixed.
