I have an Ooma phone system that is connected via ethernet to a E3200 Extender. Is there a way to configure QoS for the phone system? The G3100 manual only discusses QoS for Wi-Fi.

Ooma, like all VoIP services, doesn't use a lot of bandwidth. Less than 100Kbps. That's a tiny fraction of any currently available fios speed tier. Unless you're doing something that consumes most of your bandwidth all the time, QoS isn't going to make any difference on VoIP calls.
Is something going on that is causing you to ask about QoS for Ooma?
