So the last couple days I keep having the Red Earth with the white wifi signal below the only lights that are showing. I contacted Verizon and they said it was faulty router so they sent me a new router. Well today I installed the new router and it keeps doing the same thing. Is there anything else I can try and do?

I would have them send a repairman to your residence. Let them troubleshoot the issue.
the possibility that two routers doing the same thing would mean some trouble elsewhere in your setup.
How is router connected to ont? If via coax, check connections are tight.
If Ethernet, verify connections are tight and connectors are in good shape.
Figured out the red globe issue and that is not white but the WAN light on the back of the router still isn’t on
