I've searched this out and found many subjects, but clicking any of the links just leads back to a new log in screen. I got a virus of some sort and had to have the hard-drive wiped, so I need to re-install VISS.
All of the Verizon help pages are just endless loops of nonsense and it would be nice to have a direct answer.
Hi BillAlex70, you need to login to your primary email account. If you're on the new platform My Verizon 2.0, there is a pane on the right side. Under the Internet Tab is an option that says Manage Broadband Extras & Essentials. Click on that and it should take you to the download for VISS. If you're on the old platform, you can click the My Account tab, then click on Manage Broadband Essentials & Extras on the left or middle pane.
Also having this problem. Cannot reinstall - says I already have it. Will not open. Tried to uninstall - that doesn't work either. Can someone help?
