Renewing VISS

Got an alert that I need to renew my internet security suite, but every time I hit the renew button, the page will not load. Not having any trouble connecting to other pages, and I have tried restarting the computer. I've been trying to do this for over 2 hours now, and it's starting to drive me insane. Any suggestions?

VISS is auto renewal. You might have the older version of the software and it's not updating correctly. Please manually uninstall it from your add/remove programs screen. Then go to the verizon.com website and redownload it. If you need an assistance during any of this please send a private message.
