Replacing a Broken Grounded Plug for ONT Box

I have a grounding plug (see plug highlighted in the red box below) as part of my setup that has a green grounding wire connected to the adaptor. The green wire goes into the grounding plug and is fastened by some screw. However, the green wire is loose because the screw that held it in place is missing. Verizon will not provide a replacement plug without a service call and the service call cannot happen for a while because of current circumstances.
Does anyone know what type of screw that was (or can you take a picture of yours and share it with me)? Or does anyone know where I could get a replacement plug?

Here is a link for one. You could also run a 10 gauge wire from the ONT to the 4 or 6 gauge wire that comes out of your electric panel. You would then connect to the wire with a split bolt.
