Call 1-800-VERIZON
they may be able to assist you. Could be bad router, ont, cable (ethernet) or even issues with the sites you are going to. Verizon has no way of fixing individual web sites.
What do you mean by Resolving Host Problem. Remembe you are asking peers here. I don't have a clue which type problem you mean. Lookup of host? all Lookups? Browser error "resolving host" in Google, etc.
One thing to try is changing from using Verizon's DNS servers to another such as GOOGLE's (8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4.) or OPENDNS(208.67.222.222 and 208.67.220.220).
Are you connecting wired or wirelessly to your router? Are you using any secondary routers or any wireless repeaters?
Sincethe problem happens with two ISPs, assuming your router has also been swapped out, this is more likely to be a problem with your PC or your network setup.
We will want to try running a continuous ping to your router. If you see high latency or timeouts while pinging the router, we'll need to address those.
"ping -t 192.166.1.1" in a command prompt or PowerShell window. If you're on a Mac or Linux system, run "ping 192.168.1.1"
