I had verizon internet installed 9/13/19 which included the verizon quantum gateway router. I bought my own router and returned the verizon router on 9/23/19. I check this months bill dated for 10/14 - 11/13/19 and I still have the $12 monthly charge for the router being listed. I have the receipt from the day that I returned the router. How do I get this removed from my current and any other subsequent bills?
