Ring doorbell issue with Wifi 6

I currently own a Samsung galaxy note 10 + and have the new Verizon Fios router G3100 with Wifi 6 connecting to my cell phone. The issue i am having is my Ring doorbell will not show any video and a message pops up with cell phone has a weak signal. Not sure where to start. Is it the Ring device? (it is a first generation Ring doorbell) or is it the Fios router? 

I can see the Wifi 6 signal image on the cell phone and i did a speed test on the phone. The speeds are incredibly fast. Just looking for some direction on how to address the issue. Thx

Ring original door bells only work on 2.4 Ghz your router change must result in a new pairing. But like the other poster said ring would be able to assist more.

you first hold the orange button for 30 seconds to clear the settings then re-pair as per instructions which came with door bell
