Router isn't supporting Anova product

I was intially able to connect the anova product to my fios router than it stopped. Anova customer support recommended "It seems that CLIENT ISOLATION / AP ISOLATION / WIRELESS ISOLATION is possibly enabled on your router settings"
I cant seem to find that setting in the router please help

The FIOS routers don't have settings typically for device client isolation. Which FiOS router are you using? The MI424WR or the G1100?
