Does increasing signal strength past 100% cost more or cause extra fees? All i need is yes or no if you know please.

Not exactly sure what you're asking. Are you talking about WiFi transmit power on a Verizon router? If so, it's limited to 100% - you can't go higher.
Further, Verizon doesn't charge fees based on how a router is configured. They charge to rent one, but that's it.

Yes that helps. For some reason when i configure my wifi transmit power strength past 100% it works.
