Routine Internet Outage

I have had Verzion internet since August 2018, when I moved into a new apartment complex. The tech warned me that this apartment complex was not wired properly for Verzion and that I might not have the best service. Since then my internet has gone out every two to three weeks and requires a tech to come out and fix it. Is there any way to cancel my service and not pay the termination fee?

You can probably make a case with the cancellations department. As long as you have been submitting repair tickets and can show that the service is not working, Cancellations should be able to waive the termination fees. Especially if it's only been a couple of months.
