Rural Community needs access to high speed Internet

My house and 4 others are on a private drive. About 4 years ago Verizon ran fiber all along the main road which our driveway is off of. There is actually a junction box at the end of my driveway.  How do I contact someone to extend the service to our houses? If not that then would you be willing to provide me a connection at the end of my driveway and I will distribute it to my neighbors?
