SCAM--Watch your bill

Need to let everyone now about the SCAM this company is pulling.  I had a $74.99 monthly plan.  After I purchased a router so I didn't have to pay the rental fee my bill suddenly jumped to $84.99. CS said that I agreed to that and I should have read the confirmation email they sent. NOBODY mentioned my bill going UP $10 for purchasing a modem.  They refused to change it and said it's my mistake for not reading the email. Why would my bill go up you ask?? They upped it $10 so they still get there rental fee, it just doesn't say it on the bill now.  This company is super terrible.  As soon as I can get an ISP over to the house this clown company is done. WATCH YOUR BILL PEOPLE. They also wouldn't give me a reason why they upped the bill.  Completely dodged the question about ten times.  VERY SHIESTY COMPANY.

Your issue has been escalated to a Verizon agent. Before the agent can begin assisting you, they will need to collect further information from you. Please go to your profile page for the forum and scroll down the page to an area titled "My Support Cases". You can reach your profile page by clicking on your name located above your post, or at the top right of this page.

Under "My Support Cases" you will find a link to the private board where you and the agent may exchange information. The title of your post is the link. This should be checked on a frequent basis, as the agent may be waiting for information from you before they can proceed with any actions. To ensure you know when they have responded to you, you may subscribe to the case. At the top right of your support case there is a gear icon which provides a drop down menu with support case options. Click that and choose "subscribe". Please keep all correspondence regarding your issue in the private support portal.
