I have been having problems for the past week with my internet and i am clearly unhappy with it. I have already contacted Verizon but they are always no help at all Ive tried everything with my router as well to turning off then on ressetting it and my computer. I have some speedtests to prove to you people so please help?
Why that's fun. The speed test result suggests it's a dial up modem with upload compression it's so bad o.O
Is this a day an night occurrence for you? Anyone nearby you seeing the same issue? I assume you've checked to ensure devices on your network are not consuming a huge amount of download or upload (especially upload), correct? How about some Transceiver Statistics to check the sync out to make sure that's not off?
