I have a question about my bill.
A couple months back I ordered a Verizon access point. It came to $106.xx something with tax. Three or four days later I returned it because the performance was not giving a full gigabit.
I was expecting a full refund on my account statement in the next month, but it was been through two full billing cycles and I have not seen the credit back on my account.
Can someone look into this for me? Thank you.

PS: I actually do get a full gigabit and average around 5TB uploading and downloading a month, at least.

No one here can assist you outside of giving you the telephone number to Verizon.

and the device will never give a full gig, absolutely nothing will.
and under WiFi you would be lucky to get half that speeds.
on the invoice that came with your purchase there is a phone number to call for returns. Did you call that number prior to returning the unit?
They are the only ones that can assist.
