Is there an effiecient way to report a sagging FIOS line? Mine is hanging about 3 feet off of the ground and goes across my driveway.

You should be able to call in a repair call for the drop. It sounds like a tech needs to pull the service loop back together. Is this storm related damage by chance or something else?
