Security Suite Re-Download 4 Th. Time ?

Morning, we can't redownload our Verizon Security Bundle called surpport they sent us a link but still won't download. Everything download's quick Connect etc. but the Security won't load. Wife said were can only download package on 3 computers and we had to run the Factory recovery on here 3 time's so we lost them. Now 4 th time can anyone please tell us how to download package again ? I just tried to reorder just the security but then it want's to delete our bundle that we want to keep.  No. 2 problem we can not log on to our Router, we have did a hard reset etc. tell's us this is not secure page everytime. I was so fustrated - I finally bought from another source that i knew would work - customer service at verizion is terrible
