Where do I find Verizon Internet Security Suite on my computer?

should look like that, and be either on your desktop.   or in your start menu.     or in the bottom right corner of your screen (sys tray)

OR

under start and programs it will be a folder called verizon internet security suite.

if you don't remember downloading it and installing it on your PC, you may have to do that.   if you have your user name and password for your email    you can download it at www.tinyurl.com/verizonmcafee
