Dear Verizon Support: I am signed up for a landine (Freedom package) and high speed internet. Unfortunately, the internet connection speed is actually very very slow and I can't stream films or even watch shows on Hulu or listen to Rhapsody without frequent interruptions due to dropped connection. My phone line was also dead for several months until I requested a tech to come out and help. He was able to restore the line, but couldn't do anything about the very slow internet connection. he thought I could get FIOS, but it's impossible to request it online. It's baffling to me that it's so hard to get good service given the high fees I am paying. (over $120 per month). I tried calling Verizon several times but find it very hard to get a person on the phone so I am trying email. Thank you in advance for your reply. Regards, Elizabeth
