I've been trying to reach the Fios division of the Verizon technical team to help resolve why my WiFi will not connect after moving and keeping the same router. The self-instillation was unsuccessful and I followed the red globe quick fix solution already. The online chat was not helpful, it only gave me the number to call. I was transfered to the Wireless division first, and then transfered to nothing. After calling back, I have been on hold with Fios for 30 minutes. Is there a function to leave my number so they can call me back? I just want a simple fix or help on the instillation.
