I have a Westell 7500 Router, I am getting about 200kb/s download speeds when they should be no less then 1Mb/s. The weird thing is is that speedtest.net said I had 1.54Mb/s download speed and about .35Mb/s upload. pingtest.net said I had around a 41 ping with no packet loss. I'm hoping to get this issue solved and have the internet speed promised. Thank you.
1 Try to go to http://192.168.1.1/ .
#2 Then Choose Troubleshooting, and then click Transceiver Statistics.
#3 If Troubleshooting does not exist try go to System Monitoring, Advanced Monitors, and then choose Transceiver statistics.
#4 Post up the information you see on that page.
