Anyone with similar problem or a fix:
Signed up for 7-15 HSI. Got 6-7. Too far from substation, so technician recommended a top limit of 7 to improve performance. Now, getting under 5. Any thoughts?
Could you provide your modem's Transceiver Statistics? If you have a Westell modem, they can be found at http://192.168.1.1/ and by choosing System Monitoring, Advanced Statistics from the left hand side navigation, and then Transceiver Statistics. On the ActionTec modems, you can find it at the same web address, however there is a System Status link on the main page that will take you to the DSL Stats.
If you need a Username and Password, try the following:
