Slow Upload Speeds

Hey Guys,

Recently, I have been getting extremely slow speeds for Upload.  I am signed up for 25/25 but I for Upload, I never get close to that.  Typically, ookla and speedofme will come back under 5MB for upload.  I'm testing on a wired connection.  What can I tell Verizon to get them to fix this?

That is a speed test server on their network.

If you don't get proper upload speeds, then use that data to contact support.
