What is wrong with the network today, my data transfer speed, normally averaging 2.1 to 2.7 Kbps did not get above .8 Kbps today. Using "tracert" to verify connectivity, took almost a minute just to get to my dns, and the -R option would not work at all. I called "tech support" but got nowhere, they kept telling me my line speed capability was 3.3, ignoring my complaint about data transfer speeds.
I'm in 23693 area code, anyone else here notice this problem?

Same issue during the evening hours, speed of data transfer down to 5-600 Kbps. In the morning/daytime hours it was 1800 to 2700 Kbs and then this morning it was 2100 to 2700 Kbps.
