It is taking me from 3 to 6 minutes to get into my verizon.net screen once I have turned my lap top on. Why does it take so long to get into the system? I use to turn the computer on, and it went directly to e mail and beyond in an instant. Now I have to wait for it to get me into my e mail and service modes. I have not changed anything on my lap top as I am not the administrator and do not have the authority to do so.
