Has anyone obtained a cause or solution to the annoying slowness in Virginia that has been going on for days?  Tech support is no help as usual.

If you are using a wireless connection, please hardwire to the router and see if your still getting the slowdown. Also please restart the router as well. This will see if its due to wireless interference which we have no control over. If you are still experiencing slowdown even with a hard wire, please send me a private message
