Hi, I'm new to this type of material so apologizes if I'm not "down to the grain". Anyways, when I try to log onto my router by entering my IP on the internet, I enter the verizon e-mail and the password towards that e-mail. It says failure to log in. Any help/suggestions to get around such a problem? Thanks.
Oh yea, sorry if I put this in the wrong section of the forum. I saw a similar question when Googling, so I put it in the same section hoping it would be in some relevance of the topic.

You can do that in the router. open a browser, and go to http://192.168.1.1
user name is admin. and the password is most likely the serial number found on the service tag of your VZ router unless you changed it. The Serial number starts with a CSJxxxxxx usually found around the bar code, and it is case sensitive.

Oh my god, that was so beneficial. My friend kept telling me it was just admin for the username AND the password. But that's kinda obvious in my opinion. Thanks a bunch.
