It's about 3 months that I have this issue , I've called Verizon's support more than 10 times and every time they told me the reason is congested board and the day after someone called me and told me they've changed the board and I shouldn't have this issue with my connection but after 6-7 days I had the same problem again. During the day my speed is perfect (almost 6.8 Mbps ) but between 8:30 Pm to 11pm it drops to Kbps to 1.2 Mbps and since I use my internet after 6 pm and it seems that Verizon can not solve this problem and I'm tired of calling Verizon every 7 days, I think I'm going to cancel my internet
