Run speedtest often and make sure the speed is what you pay for. I have been paying gigabit connection but found out I only got 100 megabit connection for months. Verizon can only do $25 credit.
Can you describe the setup...the model ONT, router, connecting cable (or post some pictures)? Are the tests using Wi-Fi or Ethernet? Is the speed readings duplicated by multiple devices?
