I have been a Verizon customer for many years.
I tried getting on the internet yesterday and it tells me I have to activate my account... I tried multiple times and it goes right back to the same page.
I reset my Westell 327W several times.
Several hours of tech support was worthless.
I think I need a new modem/router...
Someone please help me...
I have a strong connection to the router and a good connection from the modem to the "internet" but I can only go to their Activation page and I tried every possible activation choice and it just takes me back to the activate page...
FRUSTRATED!
