Still waiting for refund check

I have disconnected since 12/05/2017 and I am still waiting for my refund of $94.8. I've called the customer service in January and the representative told me the amount will be credited to my card in two weeks. Now, After two months, I am still not getting my refund. It shouldn't be so difficult, right?
