System Outage - Southern CA - 6/30-7/1

We're located in Long Beach, but the outage may have been wider. Anyone else experience this?
Started around 6am 6/30 and restored about 24hrs later for us, 7/1.
Over an hour on hold to report outage early 6/30.
Over 3hrs on hold (watching a movie, wanted to see just how long it would take if one had unlimited patience) late evening 6/30, inquiring about restoration ETA.
Connected within 10 min early 7/1; tech reset line and internet restored.

having problems as well in long beach......tried calling support and phone died in call......internet is choppy going off and on and unable to download apps on ipad.
