Technician never showed

I was given an 8am-8pm appointment window. I took off work. I never heard from the technician. I live chatted with two representatives that morning who assured me the appointment was confirmed. I spoke on the phone with a representative who said dispatch was going to contact me that afternoon. No one reached out and no one came to install the DSL. This is unacceptable.
