I had my Verizon Fios internet installed on Tuesday...it stopped working in less than 24 hours. Customer service via twitter support tried to help...after a few hours of speaking with different reps, we realized the problem was with my box & scheduled an appointment for a tech to come to my apartment today between the hours of 2-4. I waited in my apartment today from 2-4 only for Verizon to never show up. If anyone has any advice on how to make a complaint, I’d greatly appreciate it. I am highly dissatisfied with their service.
