Terrible Internet Speeds and Constant Disconnects

Recently i've been having issues with my internet, I'm paying for 100mbs and on verizon speedtest im getting about .5mb-1mb as opposed to my previous 80-100mb. On top of this my router randomly resets 1-3 times a day. I'm using a hard wire connection.

Im using FIOS Quantum if that matters at all
