Over the past few months, my internet has slowly been decreasing in speed. For a period of time I ignore it, thinking it would go away. However, it only became slower. It go to a point where I chatted with an online representative who suggested I upgrade my internet. Fine, 10 dollars more for 3-7.1mbps speeds is acceptable. However, my internet improved ever so slightly. Although im paying for 3-7.1mbps speeds, I'm hardly getting 1mbps.
Here are my Transreceiver Statistics:
Transceiver InformationDown StreamPath Up Stream Path
DSL Speed (Kbits/Sec) 5888 864
Margin (dB) 11.0 15.0
Line Attenuation (dB) 36.0 18.5
Transmit Power (dBm) 16.9 0.6
NDT Statistics:
TCP receive window: 66792 current, 66792 maximum
0.069498069 packets lost during test
Round trip time: 34 msec (minimum), 268 msec (maximum), 62.81 msec (average)
Jitter: 234 msec
0 seconds spend waiting following a timeout
TCP time-out counter: 272
87 selective acknowledgement packets received
No duplex mismatch condition was detected.
The test did not detect a cable fault.
Network congestion may be limiting the connection.
No network address translation appliance was detected.
0.9801% of the time was not spent in a receiver limited or sender limited state.
0.0% of the time the connection is limited by the client machine's receive buffer.
Optimal receive buffer: 68395008 bytes
0 duplicate ACKs set
Could I please be moved to a less congested line? This is seriously driving me nuts, that I can't even load a youtube video or even a website sometimes.
