Today I had FIOS installation date and a guy came and he said he will fish the line from an already existing Xfinity line. We specifically agreed to it, he was impatient and he just drilled a hole in my wooden flooring instead of fishing the line from an already existing passage and that too without approval and I was really upset and confronted him why did it and his answer was that the installation already consumed the time and he has to go to the next installation place and he has no time to fish.
Now he destroyed my expensive wooden flooring and this is not acceptable at all and I want immediate explanation from verizon.

You could call 1-800-VERIZON and try to complain.
you could put a claim in with your home/renters insurance. Or you could go the legal route. The address for legal services is on the http://www.verizon.com under contact us.
