I have been trying to contact Verizon to report that the Fios Line to my new home has been ripped off the pole from the storm. I have been trying to report this to Verizon since 3/12. I cant get through execpt for one time and that person did not understand the issue. I am secheduled to have my Fios services moved to this home on 3/27 but I dont want this wire issue to hold things up. Already been postponed due to the storm. Any one with any ideas?
