Hello,
When click on My verizon -> Internet Management -> My network shows following error.
"There was an error in retrieving your router information"
Even when I open My Fios app on my phone and select "Internet", it shows error message "No active BHR associated to this account".
Due to this, I am unable to manage my wifi network settings.
Thanks,

Call 1-800-VERIZON
have them send you another router.
or troubleshoot the one you have.
also never give personal information in a public forum. Your account number should be edited out.
Did you purchase the router yourself or get it from Verizon?
You can also log in to router directly and manage it from there.
Broadband Home Router is not set up properly.
in addition to what I said previously I would turn off the router (this is a Fios supplied router or a personal owned router?) wait a few minutes then turn it back on and wait for it to receive dhcp from Verizon.
next question is you did follow the setup instructions and log into the Verizon Fios set up page? You have to do that first so the router can be identified on Verizon’s network.
if this is the case you must run the setup of service first. And like I said previously call Verizon Fios tech support at the number I gave previously.
