Hello All,
I am moving into this brand new comunity in Ashburn VA. I am trying to order the Gigabit Triple play deal for $74.99. Now the house to be my left and right have the availaibity, 9939 and 9943 but my house in the middle 9941 is showing only 100mbps for the same amount. Verizon is telling me they will let me know when it is available and I am trying to explain them it is a mistake. I wanted to know if it is possible that my house was not wired for Gigabit considering its a brand new community and what can I do correct it. Thank you
I noticed your post at DSL Reports
https://www.dslreports.com/forum/r31676361-I-can-t-get-Fios-Gigabit-but-townhouse-next-to-me-does
In looking at the situation i would agree that it would be stupid to have Fios higher speeds on either side of you and not on your townhouse. It possibly be there is no space at present time to hook to the higher speeds. Gigabyte
at another post from the other site a person has stated Verizon has a limit on how many gigabyte connections it will allow. This may be your issue.
additionally a poster has recommended you use Verizon direct to ask how this can be answered or resolved. I agree with that. Or call 1-800-VERIZON and continue to ask what is going on.
Good Luck
Thank you for the info, is Verizon direct the one in DSLreports, i have need been there ?
