Trouble getting HSI delivered to home

Hi I recently ordered a High speed Internet service from verizon to my home. I received this error, "There was an error in retrieving your billing information. Please try again later." I also did not get a confirmation email regarding this order although an order number is visible in my home page as well as the shipment. Since the transaction wasn't processed on my card I assume it was because I entered the wrong billing address but I cannot seem to view/change that either. I tried calling customer service but they weren't able to trace my account. I would like some guidance on this because I feel lost.
