Unable to access website phhc.gov.in

Dear All,


I am unable to access the website phhc.gov.in while using Verizon FiOS. However, website works just fine when I access it using my phone's data plan. It looks like a routing issue at FIOS end.


Could someone please advise how to fix or work around this issue?

Issue resolved by following:

It appears to be a routing issue at FIOS end. It affects users who have IP addresses in the 173.72.x.x range. I called FIOS tech support and had them change my IP to a different block of 108.44.x.x -- this fixed the issue.
