Hello All!
Router: Fios-G1100 1GB Up/Down
Like the title says I am unable to download .exe files from Blizzard.net, Samsung Magician, or CPU-Z the amount of time can range from 45 minutes to 2 hours from my desktop (hardwired). Also there are connectivity (laggy) issues when trying to access these websites. I am able to download the same files from another machine via wifi without issue .
I have added Blizzard.net, Samsung Magician, or CPU-Z to my trusted websites, made sure windows installer was running, even reset registry for .exe downloads, and a clean install of Windows 10(3 weeks ago).
I have disabled Anti Virus Software on my machine.

But That did not work...Any Advice is appreaciated!
Thanks in advance!

Hi All,
Turned out the issue was related to my UPS system.

Not sure as to why my UPS would prevent me from downloading or accessing certain websites.
Solution:

I was able to get to Samsung Magician )its not a website but a download of sw) and CPU-Z (came as samsung magician).
When I try to go to blizzard.net I get name not found.
A Google Search shows Blizzard.com.
Is that what you meant?
